How do I pay my HOA dues?

You can pay by personal checks, cashier's checks, or money order.

I want to make an exterior change to my home. What do I do?

Most exterior modifications require approval first. Download the Architectural Committee Form, complete it, and submit it to the board. Please wait for written approval before beginning any work.

A streetlight on my street is out. Who fixes it?

Streetlights are maintained by Oncor, not the HOA. Report outages directly at oncorstreetlight.com for the quickest repair.

Where can I find the community rules and covenants?

All governing documents — the Restrictive Covenants and amendment, the Policy Manual, and the Architectural Committee Form — are available in the Residents section of this site.

How do I access the Members Area?

The Members Area is private and password-protected. It contains the board meeting calendar, approved meeting minutes, financial reports, board communications, and other documents available only to MPRC Holly Oaks homeowners. To request the members password, please email the board — once your membership is verified, the board will share the current password with you.
